The belief of the skill assessment team is that the level of an
individual's mastery of skills and knowledge is not a necessary
condition for performing a job with quality.
In this approach, the specialized skill assessment team provides
two types of services.
In the first type of service, in addition to preparing a
suitable job description, a comprehensive report of the mental,
physical, and cognitive characteristics of the brain required
for that job is prepared and presented to four other teams.
In the second type of service, for individuals who request an
assessment of general indicators, including cognitive
performance, psychology, nutrition, and physiology. The skill
team, after receiving the results from the other four teams and
in consultation with the scientific manager, can suggest a
suitable career path for the individual.
