The psychology and career counseling team, with a focus on
cognitive, psychological, and behavioral aspects, considers the
general high-risk indicators in the work environment that may be
more susceptible to damage from change. Counseling sessions are
then held based on the status of these indicators.
For individuals who have a specific career goal, the psychology
team, based on the job description received from the skills
assessment team that is designed based on the individual's
goals, identifies the important and influential behavioral and
psychological damages that each job may cause. Then, counseling
sessions and behavior analysis are held based on the
individual's indicators. The results obtained, while indicating
the individual's mental and behavioral conditions in relation to
the desired job personality, allow the team to provide the best
and most compatible career path to the skills team, tailored to
the individual's mental and psychological conditions, with a
better understanding of the current mental and psychological
conditions and in consultation with the psychology team. After
the recognition stage, a psychological and career psychological
profile is provided to the individual.
Note: Issues related to mental challenges created in connection
with the ecosystem or environment for real people are not
predictable. As a result, this identification alone will not
guarantee psychological and professional success.
