عملکرد شناختی مغز (تحلیل و ارزیابی)
عملکرد شناختی مغز برای پاسخگویی به نیاز های افراد حقیقی نیز با
مکانیزم های خاص خود طراحی شده و اجرا می شود. افراد می توانند با
درخواست شناخت عمومی از عملکرد های شناختی مغز و یا سنجش میزان
عملکرد های مغزی با شاخص های مهم و اثر گذار برای یک شغل خاص، به
موسسه مراجعه کنند. تیم عملکرد شناختی مغز شاخص های عمومی عملکرد
شناختی مغز را با رویکرد شغل مورد نظر و همچنین شاخص های عملکرد
شناختی مغزِ اثر گذار آن شغل را که از منابع معتبر استخراج می شود
(توسط تیم مهارت سنجی، شرح شغل ها آماده و به تیم عملکرد شناختی
شغلی ارائه می شود)، مورد شناسایی قرار می دهد. در این حوزه فرد با
رویکرد شغلی شناختی مغز مورد ارزیابی و تحلیل قرار می گیرد. سپس یک
شناسنامه عملکرد شناختی شغلی مغز به فرد ارایه می شود.
در این ارزیابی جنبه های مورد نیاز برای عملکرد های شناختی شغلی-
محیطی مغز مورد سنجش قرار نمی گیرد. چرا که به وضوح شما زمانی می
توانید یک شغل را خوشحال کنید که این کار را در محیط کاری مناسب
انجام دهید. به یاد داشته باشید که نتایج ارزیابی های خوب در این
حوزه، لزوماً تمام موفقیت فرد را از دیدگاه عملکرد شناختی شغلی
تضمین نخواهد کرد.
Cognitive Function (Analysis & Evaluation)
Cognitive function is designed and implemented to respond to the
needs of real individuals. Individuals can request a general
understanding of cognitive functions or to assess the amount of
cognitive function's impact and its effect on important and
influential indicators for a specific job.
The cognitive function team reviews cognitive functions with a
job-oriented approach and also extracts cognitive indicators
that are considered valid from reliable sources (through the
skills assessment team), prepares a job description, and
presents it to the cognitive team. In this area, individual
cognitive function is evaluated, assessed, and analyzed with a
job-oriented approach. Then, a cognitive-based job profile is
provided to the individual.
In this assessment, aspects of cognitive function that require
cognitive-job compatibility are considered. Because it clearly
demonstrates that you can happily perform one job well, keep in
mind that the results of a good cognitive evaluation will not
necessarily guarantee complete success in the field from a
cognitive perspective.
